District 2 is looking to for members for its Recruitment Coaching Team. Recruitment coaching team members work with chapter officers and advisors to build a better recruitment experience on their campuses. This includes visiting with chapters, answering questions, developing action plans (with advisors), and providing training in various recruitment skills (conversation, evaluation, etc.).
