The originally scheduled January date got snowed out, but a rainy day in May turned out to be OK for a meeting of two alumnae chapters. On Monday, May 12, 2008, ten members of Greater Valley Forge and Philadelphia Metro Alumnae Chapters gathered for dinner at Maggiano's Little Italy in King of Prussia, PA. Since "we are family," we ordered from the family-style menu and chowed down on tasty Italian specialties like bruschetta, gnocchi alla vodka, chicken saltimbocca (which we enjoyed though couldn't pronounce), and tiramisu.
