Making an AΣA House a Home Lori Hobart, National Housing Corporation Chairperson This forum will discuss housing issues with alumnae and collegians. Has your chapter had issues with filling occupancy requirements? Learn how issues can be avoided with collegiate chapter operating documents. Also learn how Housing Corporations can be beneficial not only to collegians, but to alumnae who are willing to lend a helping hand to make an AΣA house a home.
The Color of Your Leadership: Learning to Use Committees Effectively Lauren Ackermann Ibbotson, Education Coaching Team Many colors make up the rainbow, and many personalities make up the chapters’ committees and teams that you work with. In this session, you will take a short test to determine what the color of your leadership is. You will be able to share with your chapter how you like to be treated when working on a committee, and you will learn how to effectively lead a colorful committee of your own!
Treasury 101: How to Make and Stick to the Chapter Budget #1 Vanessa Clark, Finance Coaching Team Leader Required to Attend: Chapter Treasurers
This session is for all chapter treasurers and members of the Chapter Finance Committee. It’s important to stick to a budget, since you are paying dues to both support AΣA and your chapter. This workshop will help make the budget process easy to complete and easy to track.

What are the qualities of healthy relationships? What are the indicators of a healthy sorority? This workshop will examine your relationship skills and engage in experiential learning activities. Discover how you relate to yourself and others while having fun in the process!
Growing Pains in Post-Collegiate Life Heather Cohen & Kathryn Winner (ΖΘ Chapter Advisor, Wagner College) At the end of their college career, many sorority members reflect back on what their chapter has given to them. This session will focus on the ways in which chapters can create programming that supports the changing needs of their upper-class sisters, as they begin the transition to a life after college and becoming active AΣA alumnae. The AΣA Advantage senior module and capstone project will also be discussed.
Connecting AΣA Values and You Kelly Sprout, Chapter Education Coordinator The founders of AΣA had a vision, but it's up to every member to carry out that vision. How do AΣA's values adhere with your own? How can you ensure you are living AΣA's values every day? This session will focus on Alpha Sigma Alpha's core values and how our ritual plays a part in your daily life.
Understanding the AΣA National Policy on Hazing Becky Paullin Torok, Education Coaching Team Leader Required to Attend: Two to three women from each chapter, including the Vice President of Membership Education.
This session will provide clarity to the AΣA National Policy on hazing and risk management. There will be a discussion about why it is important to respect your peers and avoid hazards.
